Hi to all the happy humans in Ms. Ryan’s class!

Here is a very big thank you to Olivia for sending that wonderful picture of me. I had almost forgotten how handsome I am.

I have put your picture on my website. You can click on it at:

Now for your questions

What do you like to eat? from Deane

That’s an easy one, Deane. I like to eat letters. I like to eat letters in those delicious little bunches you humans call words. I try to eat words that start with a different letter every day.

I love it here on Earth because you have so many letters in your alphabet and all of them taste good. Well, most of them taste good, I don’t much like P’s.

Today I am eating words that begin with the letter K. K days are really hard. There aren't many words that start with K and most of them aren't very tasty anyway. My classroom friends in Australia have emailed me “kangaroo”, “kookaburra”, and “koala” and I'll probably get more “kiwis” from Room 2 at Bayview School in New Zealand than I know what to do with. I'd love it if you could email me tasty words that starts with K. Do you have any?

Why is your name Lettergetter?  from Alisha

I am called Lettergetter because on Learnalot everyone is named after what they do. I’m called Lettergetter because I get letters.

My father is called Bengilcronker because his main job is to cronk the bengils on the roofs of houses. (Bengils are like batteries that collect energy from the swelta (sun) so we can have power in our homes. Once every year they have to be cronked (turned over). My little sister is called Messmaker, so you can guess what she does all day.
